Early Years Manager

Vicky has worked at the Pre-School since 2008 & has Early Years Teacher Status, she also has a Level 3 NVQ Childcare Learning & Development. She has Paediatric First Aid training and a Certificate in Food Safety. Vicky is our Special Educational Needs Coordinator & Child Protection Officer.

Early Years Deputy Manager

Tara has worked at the Pre-School since 2004 & she has a Level 5 Certificate for the Early Years Senior Practitioner. She also has a level 3 in Forest School Leadership. Tara is our Deputy Special Educational Needs Coordinator. She cares for the children in the Caterpillar area.

Charity Coordinator

Lucy joined the Pre-School in 2010, and after a short time away in 2022, she re-joined the team in 2023 and is employed part-time. She works closely with the Committee and Early Years Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Pre-School. She is our designated Health and Safety Officer.

Early Years Practitioner

Katie has worked at Pre-School since 2020 and has a Degree in Childhood and Youth Studies, she also has an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education. She cares for the children in the Caterpillar area.

Jenna re-joined the team in January 2023, she has a foundation degree in Early Years. She cares for the children in the Butterfly area.

Rachael has worked at Pre-School since 2022 and has a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education. She cares for the children in the Caterpillar area.

Laura started working at the Pre-School in 2024. She has an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education. She also has a level 3 in Forest School Leadership. She cares for the children in the Butterfly room.

Natalie started working at the Pre-School in 2024. She has an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education. She cares for the children in both the Butterfly and Caterpillar rooms.

Volunteer/Bank Staff

Sheila has worked at the Pre-School since 1995 and is NNEB qualified. She retired in 2021 but is now one of our regular volunteers and she also helps in a paid capacity covering when staff are off due to sickness, holiday or if they have to attend training.
